Undertaking
I am making an Online payment of Rs 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) for Demand Survey conducted
by AFWHO. I understand that this is only a provisional registration for Demand Survey / Membership. This
amount is refundable, with deduction of Rs 1000/-(non-adjustable) towards Administrative cost /
membership fee, or will get transferred to another property, as I wish, subject to availability of
property.
