The Armed Forces Welfare Housing Organisation (AFWHO) is a dedicated, service-oriented entity established with the primary objective of initiating, promoting, and executing welfare initiatives for serving and retired personnel of the Armed Forces, including members of the Paramilitary, Police Forces, Central/State Governments, and Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs). Registered under Section 1882 of the relevant Act, AFWHO operates strictly in accordance with its provisions, upholding them in both letter and spirit.
In addition, AFWHO supports the provision of vacation homes for individuals and families seeking a peaceful retreat from daily life. we offer an opportunity to disconnect from technology and reconnect with nature and loved ones.
While AFWHO does not engage in the direct development or construction of housing projects, it plays a crucial role in negotiating with reputed builders and developers to secure the best possible rates without compromising on construction quality. Through these efforts, AFWHO consistently achieves pricing well below prevailing market rates, ensuring affordability for beneficiaries.
