Membership charges 10000/- + Applicable GST, thereon will be levied by AFWHO with Application Money received from the allottee at the time of Booking and balance amount will be remitted directly into developer account.

Any applicant who wish to purchase a Flat/Plots from private Developers through AFWHO is required to visit the project of concerned Developers and submit Application Form for Registration as per format attached clearly indicating the type of flat/Plots with area along with Application Money Rs 3,00,000/- for in favour of AFWHO payable at New Delhi. They have to visit the site of the builder of their choice and intimate.
- On receipt of duly completed application, the details of the applicant will be forwarded to concerned builder to confirm Booking of desired type of Flat/Plot, area and exact cost of the flat/Plot. On receipt of confirmation from the builder, applicant will be issued further proceedings.
- Allotment Letter will be issue after booking amount 10% cost of total amount of Flat/plot. On receipt of allotment letter from AFWHO, Agreement for Sale between allottee and the builder must be signed within 30 days from the date of issue of allotment.
- All other terms and conditions shall be as per Agreement for Sale signed by the applicant with Developers and byelaws of Land Allotting Authority/ Civil Authorities.
- Existing Allottees/registrants of AFWHO projects are also eligible to apply.
- Prospective buyers must visit the project site of concerned developers for due- diligence before applying for flat/Plots in the project.
